Viva México!

Austin, Deborah, and Jordan had a blast taking the boys to the Mexican Independence Day celebration in the park on Wednesday. The boys looked so cute in their outfits. ¡Viva México!

Last week, a non-profit organization based out of Ensenada donated hundreds of dollars of milk to Eternal Anchor. This organization collects milk from local store owners and distributes it to selected non-profits in Baja California We are so grateful for their generosity and for God’s abundant provision.

We are so excited to welcome our newest staff member, Juan. Juan is helping at the daycare and the home and is doing such a wonderful job with the kids. We are so blessed to have him with us! He will be with us until January and then plans to go to Bible school in Texas. Please keep Juan in your prayers through the application process.

  • Please pray that we find the right piece of land to build our home. We are looking for land that has utilities and space to build homes to house up to 35 children with special needs.
  • Please pray for rain for the San Quintin Valley. We are currently experiencing a severe drought.
  • Please contine to pray with us for people to join our financial support team. Sponsoring a child is great way to partner with Eternal Anchor. The money we receive for daycare children goes into the daycare budget. From that budget, we pay for gasoline to pick up the children, food to give them each a healthy snack each day, and staff to work with them and their parents. The money we receive for the children at our home goes to all of their everyday living costs (food, utilities, clothing, etc.) We currently have 26 children in our daycare program with 15 children on a waiting list. We would love to open our doors to these children but we need more support to cover gasoline and staff salaries. If you or someone you know is interested in sponsoring a child, please contact us Our recommendation is $50 a month, but we allow the sponsor to set their monthly contribution.
