After a restful Christmas break, school is back in session! We are excited to see how God will use Eternal Anchor in the new year to be a blessing to our students and their families.

A couple of weeks ago, we were blessed to receive a group from Kids Around the World. 70 people from around the United States came together to install a beautiful, wheelchair accessible playground at our Ranch! They also helped with landscaping and with installing some fences. A very special thank you to everyone who gave up part of their Christmas break to serve with us.

There remain five unfilled weeks available for visiting teams. Our goal is to receive enough funding and support through visiting teams to build our second home. We are just about halfway toward our goal of $60,000 to make this happen. If you or your church are interested in coming to serve at Eternal Anchor and/or help with the funding of our home, please email us!

  • Please pray for increased monthly giving to give us the capacity to serve more children and adults with special needs in our community. If your church is interested in hearing more about the work being done through Eternal Anchor, email us to schedule a visit from one of our directors. We would love the opportunity to share stories and firsthand experiences as a way to advocate for the children we work with and invite you and your congregation to participate.
  • We are praying for more full-time volunteers to join us in Mexico. One of the positions we are hoping to fill this year is student Sponsorship Coordinator. Please let us know if you or someone you know may be interested in hearing more details.
  • In the last few months, we’ve had a pretty rough time with our vehicles. Between flat tires and mechanical issues, it seems like we are always sending one of our vehicles to the mechanic shop. Please pray for safety on the road and for reliable vehicles to transport our students to and from our different programs.
